Biostimulator treatments (Hyper-diluate Radiesse, Sculptra, and PRF) boost collagen production by telling the body to activate fibroblasts, the cells that are found in the skin and other connective tissues that stimulate the production of collagen and elastin fibers. The upregulation of collagen turns back the clock, offering structure and support to the most delicate areas, working their effects from the deepest structures of the face to the most superficial layers of the skin.

We lose collagen at a rate of 1% per year starting at age 25-30.  During the hormonal chaos of perimenopause, collagen and elastin rapidly decline as estrogen plays a vital role in the production of these two proteins vital to skin structure and firmness.
